AES Indiana was the first Indiana utility to offer special electric vehicle rates

As electric vehicle (EV) ownership increases, AES Indiana continues to provide a range of options to help our customers save, including a flat fee for AES Indiana public charging stations. Additionally, we offer customers the option to enroll in one of the following EV charging programs: 

• Managed EV Charging Rewards
  Enjoy a one-time $150 enrollment bonus and up to $50 in annual rewards for helping AES reduce energy demand at peak times, which supports energy affordability and gird reliability for all. Learn more.
• Off-Peak EV Charging Rewards
  Get rewarded for charging during off-peak hours. Customers who enroll in AES Indiana’s Off-Peak Rewards program can receive a one-time $150 sign-up bonus and earn up to $100 in recurring annual rewards for smart charging habits. Learn more.
• Rate EVX (Closed to New Enrollments)
  The Rate EVX application period ended on February 29, 2024. All existing Rate EVX customers, including those who submitted applications prior to February 29, 2024, will remain on the rate with no change to pricing moving forward. View details and restrictions. 
• Still need to install a home EV Charger?
  Customers wishing to install an EV charger at their home can work with their certified electrical contractor of choice to install a new smart charger.
