AES Indiana requires a minimum of four weeks to schedule our presentations, which are given Tuesday through Thursday between the hours of 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM during the months of April through October. The presentation will last approximately one hour. However, it can be formatted to your desired length.
Safety 101 is based on schedule availability and weather conditions as our top priorities are safety and providing reliable service to our customers. Due to limited resources, AES Indiana must prioritize demonstrations for public safety officials ahead of schools and other organizations. We encourage schools, scout troops, or other small groups to collaborate with other organizations to combine presentations and help us reach the most attendees possible.
