Senate Enrolled Act (SEA) 340 became law on March 27, 2014, allowing eligible commercial and industrial customers the opportunity to opt out of further participation in AES Indiana's energy efficiency programs. Eligible customers are those with more than 1 MW of actual demand on an individual AES Indiana service at a single qualifying site within the past 12 months. For more information, see the AES Indiana Energy Efficiency Program Opt-Out Form.

SEA 340 also allows customers who have previously opted out the ability to opt back in to participation in AES Indiana's energy efficiency programs. For information, please see the AES Indiana Energy Efficiency Program Opt-In Form

Information about Opt-Out / Opt-In is found in our Standard Contract Rider No. 22
