Senate Enrolled Act (SEA) 340 became law on March 27, 2014, allowing eligible commercial and industrial customers the opportunity to opt out of further participation in AES Indiana's energy efficiency programs. Eligible customers are those with more than 1 MW of actual demand on an individual AES Indiana service at a single qualifying site within the past 12 months.
