Harding Street CMA Meeting

This announcement is to provide notice that AES Indiana will conduct a public meeting to explain and discuss the Corrective Measures Assessment on September 16, 2025, 5:30 PM-7:30 PM for the Harding Street Station (located in Indianapolis, Indiana), published on August 15, 2025, on the facility's CCR website in conformance with the requirements of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (USEPA) rule entitled "Hazardous and Solid Waste Management System; Disposal of Coal Combustion Residuals" from Electric Utilities. 80 Fed. Reg. 21302. (April 17, 2015) (promulgating 40 CFR § 257.61); (and as subsequently amended) (CCR Rule).

The objective of this meeting is to discuss the findings presented in the Corrective Measures Assessment, which has been developed in accordance with applicable environmental regulations, to address the results of the groundwater monitoring performed at the facility.

Following the presentation, comments will be received from the public in attendance. AES Indiana will also accept comments on the Corrective Measures Assessment website from September 16, 2025, through October 16, 2025.
